All works by the Wanted Artist Group are unusual in that they are each fully collaborative works between three artists. Sometimes two guest artists joined into the process. All works of art often underwent drastic changes as they changed hands. The only rule was that every artist must contribute to the work, and beyond that, there were no rules.

This painting highlights some of the more impressive cartoonish full body characterizations of Hirata created by the police. Here all the heads of the Hiratas are connected by a line. In the center of all this are two photos of signs from parks in Kyoto which showing defecating dogs with big X's over them. Using children's alphabet stickers, the words "cop fun" are spelled out. This is a pun, because "fun" is one way of saying "poop" in Japanese.
